Our total compensation structure (wages, bonus) is tied to a long-term career that rewards hard work, performance and results. Our compensation structure is based on local, regional, or national compensation data, depending upon the position. Compensation for all McIntyre Construction employees is reviewed annually and adjusted on the basis of individual performance.
